GNG Brands LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("VIPERUS," "we," "us," "our"), operates getviperus.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, place an Order, use our chat assistant, or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

You provide:

Name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses
Phone number, if you enter one at checkout
Order details
Messages to our support team and chat assistant
Photos you send us
Reviews you submit

Collected automatically:

IP address and approximate location
Device and browser type
Referring URLs, pages viewed, clicks, and cart activity

From third parties: payment confirmations and fraud signals, delivery status from carriers, and advertising performance data.

To process, ship, and track Orders, and to handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims

3. Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functions, analytics, and advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which sends browsing and purchase activity to Meta for ad targeting and measurement.

You can manage cookies in your browser and in our cookie settings where shown. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, under their own privacy policies. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

5. Fulfillment and International Transfers

To fulfill Orders, we share your name, shipping address, phone number (if provided), and Order details with logistics providers and international suppliers. They may use this data only for fulfillment and shipping.

Because we work with international partners, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United States. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your state.

6. AI Chat Assistant

Our website uses an automated AI chat assistant (CWILL AI). It is not a human.

Your messages, and any Order details needed to answer you, are processed by us and by CWILL and its technology providers. They may be stored outside the United States.
The assistant does not give medical, legal, or professional advice, and its answers may contain errors.
It cannot approve returns or refunds. Only team@getviperus.com can.
Please do not share payment, password, or health information in the chat.
Transcripts are kept for up to 24 months.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel may count as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws. You may opt out (see Section 10).

8. Marketing Emails and Discount Offer

If you subscribe, we send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe anytime through the link in any email. We do not currently send marketing text messages.

Notice of financial incentive: We may offer a discount (for example, 10% off your first Order) in exchange for your email address. We estimate the value of your email address as reasonably related to that discount. Participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

9. Data Retention and Security

Order and transaction records: up to 7 years
Support emails and chat transcripts: up to 2 years
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe
Analytics data: according to the provider's settings

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

Access your personal information
Correct or delete your personal information
Receive a portable copy
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
Not be discriminated against for using these rights

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

How to submit a request: We are an online-only business. Email team@getviperus.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We verify requests by matching your email address and Order details. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization.

We respond within 45 days. Where the law allows, we may extend this by 45 days and will tell you if we do.

Appeals: If we deny your request, email us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" within 45 days. If you disagree with our decision on your appeal, you may contact your state's Attorney General.

11. California Residents

In the past 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information:

We collected them from the sources and used them for the purposes described above. Identifiers and internet activity may be shared with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

12. Health Data and Children

The ViperCup is a general wellness product. We do not intend to collect "consumer health data" under Washington, Nevada, or similar laws, and we do not treat your purchase or browsing as health information. Please do not send us health information.

Our Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided us with information, and we will delete it.
