Two stressors.One body.
Training and work hit the same system, every single day.
Training tightens.
Every hard session leaves your muscles and the tissue around them stiffer than before.
Work keeps you wired.
Deadlines, screens and stress hold your nervous system in fight mode. After the session, there is no off switch.
Both stack up.
Stiff tissue and a body that stays switched on recover slowly. The next session starts behind.
How many of these do you know?
Still sore from Monday, and it’s Wednesday.
Wired in bed after an evening session.
A massage gun or a foam roller on the shelf you never use.
Eight hours at the desk, then training on top.
Giving 100% in every session, with a body that can’t keep up.
One injury away from losing months of progress.
Soreness is only the symptom. The loop is the problem, and it feeds itself.
Every toolpushes in.
And every one of them needs you.
Massage gun
Pounds the surface. Spot by spot, from the outside. Both hands. Your full attention. And the science behind it is thin.
Foam roller
Grinds your weight in. Slow, painful, and the relief is short-lived. Floor time. Your own effort.
Lacrosse ball
Digs one point at a time. Pin it against the wall, grind one spot, then the next. Your weight. Your minutes.
A second workout. So you skip it.
Every one of them eats your time and your hands. Time you could spend training, working or sleeping.
That is the real cost: lost time and lost productivity. So the recovery you need is the first thing you drop.
There is a way that asks for none of it.
Warriors pulled.Never pushed.
Pressure pushes against the muscle. Suction pulls blood into it. That is why healers and warriors kept coming back to it for 3,000 years.
1550 BCE
Egypt. The Ebers Papyrus, one of the oldest medical texts, records cupping. Healers used it to treat everyday ailments and pain.
400 BCE
Greece. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, cupped his patients. He used it against internal disease and problems of the body’s structure.
300s CE
China. The scholar Ge Hong brought cupping into Chinese medicine. A saying of his time: acupuncture and cupping cure more than half of all ills.
1500s
Janissaries. The sultan’s elite corps trained every day. Hacamat, the Ottoman cupping, was part of daily life.
Today
Elite athletes. UFC fighters, NFL and NBA players and Olympians have used cupping. At the highest level of sport, it is part of recovery and muscle relaxation. The oldest tool is back in the locker room.

Meet the ViperCup
Cupping, rebuilt.3,000 years later.
The recovery device that pulls instead of pushes. It pulls, warms and shines red light on the same spot. Put it on, stay productive, and let your muscles repair while you work.
Three technologiesat once.
Each does its own job. Together they recover you.
Pull.
Opens tight muscle. Floods it with blood.
What happens in your body
Suction lifts the tissue layers apart. Stuck spots get space.
Vessels widen. Blood brings oxygen and nutrients.
What you get
Looser muscles, freer under the bar.
Stiff neck and shoulders from the desk ease up.
Sore spots rebuild faster, so you can give 110% in your next training session.
Heat.
Softens tissue. Keeps blood moving.
What happens in your body
Warmth widens vessels. Blood flow rises.
Warm tissue turns elastic. Tension lets go.
What you get
You feel the tightness let go while it runs.
Training waste in your muscles clears faster, so 4+ sessions a week stay doable.
Your body de-stresses after the session instead of staying wired.
Red Light.
Powers your cells to repair.
What happens in your body
Your cells’ mitochondria absorb 660 nm light. That fuels repair.
Repair speeds up. Training inflammation settles.
What you get
Less soreness tomorrow. Strength back sooner.
Fully recovered muscle helps prevent injuries.
Before bed: wind down and sleep better.
All of thiswithout losinga second.
Ten minutes on your back. Meanwhile you reply to messages, tick off your to-dos and finish that report. Recovery stops costing you time.

Amateur fighter. Neck and shoulders get cooked after sparring. Thought recovery tools were for old guys, im 23 and bounce back fast. Then I tried it. Wake up feeling lighter. 5 stars.
Honestly my foam roller is just a very expensive coat rack at this point, so I was hoping this wouldn't end up the same. Three weeks in and I'm still using it after most workouts. I went too high on the suction the first time, so start lower than you think. One star off because the instructions could be clearer, but the Zone Guide that came with it fixed that.
bought a theragun last yr and used it maybe 5 times. same story with the foam roller lol. so i figured this was gonna be the third thing collecting dust. its been 2 months and its still on my nightstand cause i actually use it after leg day. dont have to hold it or roll around on the floor, just put it on and scroll my phone. quads feel way less wrecked the next day. marks look wild for a day or two tho
didnt think id keep using it but here we are 2 months later 😂 i put it on during zoom calls (camera off lol). shoulders feel way better and i dont warm up with a stiff neck anymore
Full disclosure: I own a massage gun, a foam roller and one of those lacrosse ball things. All three live in my closet. I used each one for about two weeks and that was it. So when I ordered this I told my girlfriend it was going to join them. That was in June. I'm still using it about 4 nights a week, because it's the only one that doesn't need me to do anything. Cups on my upper back, press the button, back to answering emails. Ten minutes later it's done. First session was a lot, start on a low level. But yeah, it didn't end up in the closet.
WFH, 8 hours of calls and then the gym at 6. My neck was always locked up by the time I got there and I was nervous about squatting like that. Physio is $120 a session where I live and I can't get appointments after work anyway. So I do 10 minutes on my upper back during my last meeting block (camera off) and walk into the gym loose. Two months in. Four stars because I wish the charging cable was longer.
every recovery thing ive bought ended up in the closet so i wasnt expecting much. this one stayed out. mostly bc its so low effort, i do my neck and traps while im on xbox. 10 min and its over. about 7 weeks now
Amateur boxer, 3 fights this year. After sparring I used to do sauna, steam and an epsom soak, which takes forever. A teammate let me try his cups on my traps and upper back after a hard session and I ordered mine the same week. 10 min and I can do something else. It's in my gym bag now.
I'm 41 and been lifting for 20 years. Did the cold plunge thing for a few months because everybody said to, then dropped it. My knees and honestly my motivation hated it. My wife was sure this would end up in the garage next to the percussion gun. It hasn't. After leg day and on stiff mornings it's what I grab. Not magic. Four stars because the first few sessions left marks I wasn't expecting, fine now that I know.
BJJ, 26. Honestly figured I didn't need this, I'm young and I recover fast. But my neck and traps are beat up from rolling and a tweak last year kept me out for a month, so I'm careful now. First time I went too high on the suction and regretted it, start low. After that I use it every training day and I feel better the next morning. Wish I'd tried it sooner.
i train at 8-9pm after work and then lie in bed wired for like an hour. tried magnesium, tried breathing stuff. honestly thought heat before bed would make it worse 😅 but i do it on the couch right after training and im out way faster. not every night but most. 5 weeks in
I'll be honest, I'm the guy with the sauna membership, the sleep tracker, the cold shower streak and a spreadsheet for all of it. Recovery had turned into another to-do list and I was kind of over it. I was skeptical of this too, most recovery gadgets are all promises. What got me was that the page actually explained what it does: suction pulls blood to the spot, the heat keeps the area relaxed, the red light is on top. A mechanism, not a miracle. I dropped two things from my routine and kept this. 10 minutes, 4 or 5 times a week, three months now. Simpler routine and I actually stick with it, which is the whole point.
Sold my cold plunge tub on marketplace. I was stuck in the whole is-this-killing-my-gains debate and honestly dreading the ice every session. Wanted something I could do after training without a trade off. Heat + suction after heavy days, 10 minutes, no ice. About 2 months in and my bench and deadlift are still going up. Don't know how much is the cups, but my upper back and traps feel better and I'm not dreading recovery anymore.
I run an online business so I'm on the laptop from 8 until late and I train 4 days a week. My morning routine got out of hand: plunge, breathwork, supplements, tracking everything. I was spending more time on recovery than on training. This is the one thing I added that I've kept doing. Two months, still every night after my session. It feels like a proper session without leaving the house, and the Wormwood oil that came with the kit makes the cups glide really nicely.
Dad of two. I can only train after the kids are asleep, around 9, so I'm buzzing when I'm done and lie awake for ages. I was worried the heat and suction would wake me up even more. It did the opposite for me. 10 minutes on my lower back on the couch and I'm yawning. Took a few days to notice. My wife steals it for her shoulders, so we may need a second set.
Finance guy, gym every evening. I listen to way too many podcasts and I've been burned by hype before, so I read the reviews on this looking for the catch. Didn't really find one, so I tried it. It's not a miracle and I appreciate that. It's just a solid 10 minutes for my neck and upper back and I don't have to think about it. About six weeks in and I don't skip it. Would buy again.
I own a small logistics company and I'm on calls or driving most of the day. By 6pm my shoulders are up around my ears and then I go straight to the gym. I always assumed a massage was the only thing that would help, and I never have time for one. A customer recommended this. Six weeks now. I put the 4 cups on my upper back while I do paperwork and it's done before I leave. Very satisfied.
bro i lift at 9pm and cant sleep after. been like that for a year. tried the breathing thing, magnesium, no phone. nothing really. didnt think a cup would fix it lol 💀 but after a month i sleep better on training days. not saying its a miracle but i use it every time now
Stopped cold plunging a while back after reading it might blunt muscle growth, and then I felt like I had nothing to recover with. Wasn't sure about heat either, honestly, half expected my lifts to stall. Six weeks later my numbers are still going up and my lower back is way less beat up after squats. Warm instead of freezing. Can't say the cups are the reason, but I'm not going back to the tub.
Let me start by saying charging with USB-C is convenient, same cable as everything else I own. The Zone Guide that came with it helped me figure out where to place the cups. I put it on my shoulders, pick a level, and just get on with my day. Solid product.
Honestly didn't expect much, but 12 levels of suction means you can start gentle and work your way up. The Wormwood oil makes the cups glide really smoothly. Glad I tried it.
I've struggled with my lats for years and the button to release the pressure is a simple detail that makes it easy to take off. Best recovery purchase I've made this year.
Let me start by saying my wife tried it on her shoulders too and now we fight over it. I do 10 minutes on each side while answering emails. Zero time lost. Highly recommend.
Got this after a friend at the gym recommended it and the red light makes me feel like I'm doing something extra for recovery. My hamstrings feels less tight on training days since I started using it. Solid product.
Not gonna lie, my neck feels less tight on training days since I started using it. The build feels solid and the charge lasts through my whole routine. The Wormwood oil makes the cups glide really smoothly.
Ordered the kit for my upper back and it takes the edge off my upper back way faster than anything I tried before. The Wormwood oil makes the cups glide really smoothly. I was sore from lifting yesterday and today I feel good to go again. Don't sleep on this.
Okay so charging with USB-C is convenient, same cable as everything else I own. I put it on my quads before bed and honestly sleep a bit better. Easy 5 stars from me.
Honestly didn't expect much, but the button to release the pressure is a simple detail that makes it easy to take off. My wife tried it on her shoulders too and now we fight over it.
I recommend starting low. After a few sessions you'll find your level. The button to release the pressure is a simple detail that makes it easy to take off. Great purchase.
Bought this on a whim and I had a stiff lower back from long days at my desk and this helped me loosen it up. The red light is a nice touch and the heat makes it feel like a proper session. The heat setting is great, feels like a hot towel and a cup in one. Does exactly what it says.
Been using this for about three weeks now and people at my gym keep asking what the red marks are. I just tell them to get one. The Zone Guide that came with it helped me figure out where to place the cups. The 4 cup kit is perfect for upper back and traps. Both sides at once.
Been using this for five weeks now and it's like having a recovery routine that takes 10 minutes and doesn't need a gym. The red light makes me feel like I'm doing something extra for recovery. Worth every penny.
